How are refunds issued?
Returns
Returns are not accepted. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order at info@luchinillc.com. If an item is broken upon arrival, please email me within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged Items
Luchini LLC is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). However if your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
Luchini LLC is not responsible for lost packages.
Wrong item received
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us at info@luchinillc.com . Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received. Don't worry we will make it right!
Package Sent Back?
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
Luchini LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer. So please make sure you have the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
Luchini LLC is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND.
